Preparation
There is very little preparation necessary before your EMFACE® sessions. Removing all makeup and skincare products is best to ensure the applicators can adhere to the skin properly. Your face will be further prepared with cleansing wipes to remove residual oils or products.
Pain-free Treatment
The applicators are placed on your forehead and cheeks while you rest. During your 20-minute session, you will feel the applicators alternate painlessly between warmer temperatures. It is typically recommended that patients have four sessions spaced one week apart.
Aftercare
Since EMFACE® is non-invasive, there is no downtime associated with it, and you can return to your normal activities immediately afterward. You may experience slight facial redness, which will subside within a few hours to a day.
